Coronavirus Update - 2024

Dear Residents and Families,

We continue to follow the recommendations and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) and Department of Public Health (DPH). We encourage visits with loved ones and urge all who visit to please consider the health and well-being of our residents and staff. We ask that you please reschedule your visits and interactions if you are feeling unwell and have illness symptoms of any kind.

Your loved ones, other residents and our staff will appreciate this courtesy.

Coronavirus Update - 2021

To Our Residents, Families, and Guests,

We continue to follow the recommendations and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) and Department of Public Health (DPH). Please check our website frequently for updates.

We are blessed to be moving forward with our new normal and are able to lift some restrictions at Carmel Terrace.  We are excited to report that we have started Resident Visitor outdoor and in-apartment visits with guidelines.  Please contact Michelle Drumm (508)788-8000 ext. 441 for more information.  Also, we are accepting admissions and scheduled tours with guidelines.  Please contact Dixie Emond (508)788-8000 ext. 425 or Sue Gaffey (508)788-8000 ext. 402 for more information.  We are celebrating Mass, the hairdresser has returned and communal dining has started for our lunch meal.

Our focus remains on doing what we do best, keeping our residents and staff safe. Be assured that we are prepared, protocols are in place and reviewed daily and will be updated as needed. We have strong clinical and operational plans in place to manage infection control for everyone involved.
