When residents arrive at Carmel Terrace, they join a community of active and engaged seniors. There are 69 spacious, light-filled apartments for individuals or couples, with a choice of one bedroom/one bath or two bedroom/two baths, ranging in size from 366 to 856 square feet.

Each apartment features wall-to-wall carpeting, custom window treatments, and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and microwave, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, a 24 hour emergency response and security system, sprinkler system, and fire retardant doors.

ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS:

Our one-room apartments at Carmel Terrace provide anywhere between 366 and 856 square feet of space.

TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS:

(effective January 1, 2024)

Our spacious two-room apartments provide residents with 618 to 743 square feet of space.

Respite/Short-Term Stays:

(effective January 1, 2022)

Fully furnished apartment when available

$225.00 per day

Additional related resident

$50.00 per day

30-day stay minimum

There is an additional $1,050/month for a second resident sharing the apartment.
A one-time Community Fee of $2,200 is due upon signing a rental agreement.

Inclusive to our Monthly Rate and Respite Stay is up to 45 minutes of personal care assistance per day and medication reminder services, if needed.
